Key Highlights of the Completed Work:
Civil Construction: Our expert team delivered heavy-duty, deep-pit foundations specifically designed to withstand the immense loads and continuous vibrations of high-tonnage stamping, pressing, and metal-forming machinery.
PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings): We successfully erected a highly robust PEB steel structure engineered to easily integrate overhead crane gantries, offering a wide-span, clear layout to maximize the efficiency of automated assembly lines.
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing): Advanced industrial MEP systems were fully integrated, featuring high-capacity electrical grids for heavy machinery, centralized pneumatic air systems, and specialized industrial waste and coolant management pipelines.
Fast-Paced Delivery:
Despite the heavy structural requirements and precise alignment demands of a modern automotive press and weld shop across a 96,000 SQ.FT footprint, our team successfully delivered this project within the scheduled timeline.
