Key Highlights of the Completed Work:
Civil Construction: Our expert team delivered ultra-flat, high-grade concrete flooring with dust-resistant coatings, specifically designed to support advanced injection molding machines, automated assembly areas, and clean-room environments.
PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings): We successfully engineered and erected a high-efficiency PEB structure featuring advanced thermal insulation. This ensures a strictly controlled indoor temperature necessary for the adhesive bonding and assembly of premium automotive headliners and door panels.
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing): Complex, high-performance MEP systems were integrated, featuring specialized climate control (HVAC) systems for dust prevention, dedicated compressed air loops for pneumatic tools, and custom electrical busway systems for flexible machinery layouts.
Fast-Paced Delivery:
Despite the highly precise dust-control and environmental requirements of a world-class tier-1 automotive supplier, our team successfully delivered this 72,000 SQ.FT facility within the 2022-23 schedule while meeting strict international automotive safety standards.
