PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings): We successfully erected a modern PEB structure with an optimized clear height, wide bays, and advanced leak-proof roofing, maximizing vertical storage capacity and offering flexible layout configurations for logistics.
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing): High-standard MEP systems were integrated, featuring specialized low-glare warehousing illumination, efficient natural ridge ventilation, and fully compliant fire hydrant and sprinkler protection systems.
