Key Highlights of the Completed Work:
Civil Construction: Our expert team delivered premium-grade, jointless FM2-compliant concrete flooring, specifically engineered to withstand continuous heavy axle loads and ensure the seamless, high-speed movement of material-handling equipment.
PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings): We successfully erected an expansive, clear-span PEB structural system featuring integrated multi-dock configurations, high-clearance bays, and heavy-duty canopy structures for all-weather loading operations.
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing): High-specification MEP systems were fully integrated, featuring automated dock leveler power grids, advanced high-bay LED illumination, robust ventilation systems, and complex warehouse safety and ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) sprinkler networks.
